Shipping/ Returns/ Defective Products Policies
- If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours. We must charge you the shipping fees if you wait past the time period.
- We will ship via UPS and USPS. We will try to accommodate your choice, but due to certain restrictions by both the United States Post Office and UPS we must have the final decision as to which way to ship.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if you need to return it for any reason.
- You will receive a full refund less your shipping charges.
- If your products are damaged or defective in any way, try to let us know immediately so that we may notify the shipper or the manufacturer and that we can get you a replacement sent out without delay.
- We may ask that you send the defective merchandise back to us, but you will be fully reimbursed for all shipping charges related to the defective items.
