  • We do not sell nor ship any of our products outside the United States.

  • We will not ship until we have confirmed payment for your order.

  • We will try to ship all orders next day. Larger orders may take longer.  If your order is delayed more than 3 days we will e-mail you to give you the option to cancel your order with no charge to you.

  • We accept certified checks or money orders if you prefer rather than by credit card.

  • If you need to return any product,  please use the following instructions: 1. Contact us at within three days of receiving your order. 2. Include the RGA  (Return Goods Authorization) with your returned order. You will be sent this after you have contacted us about the return.

  • All products returned must be in re-sellable condition. (Undamaged and Unopened).

  • All shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  •  All returns must be insured for the full value of the product and is also the responsibility of the customer to incur this cost.

  • You will not be given credit for any opened or damaged products

  • In any cases where we ship the wrong product we will pay all shipping costs back to us and the shipping costs to get you the correct items to you.
